David Kerr

David Kerr is Principal Research Officer at the National Foundation for Educational Research in England and Wales (NFER) and Citizenship Consultant to the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) in London. He is currently studying for a PhD in education at the University of Leicester.

He is currently a member of the Citizenship Education Working Party (CEWP) set up by the government to take forward the implementation of citizenship education in schools.

 

Ian Abbott

Ian Abbott is a Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Education at the University of Warwick, Great Britain. He is the co-ordinator of the PGCE Economics and Business Studies and course leader of the MA Educational Studies.

 

Isabel Menezes

Isabel Menezes, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Education at the University of Porto, Portugal. Her fields of research are political psychology and citizenship education and development.

 

 

Concepción Naval

Prof. Dr. Concepción Naval is Vice President of the University of Navarra, Spain, and Professor of Theory of Education at the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature.

Prof. Dr. Murray Print is director of the Centre for Research & Teching in Civics, Faculty of Education, University of Sydney, Australia.

Dr. Concepción Iriarte is a Professor of Education at the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature, University of Navarra, Spain.

 

Marjan Šimenc

Dr. Marjan Šimenc is a researcher at the Education Research Institute in Ljubljana (private education, civic education) an a Lecturer of Philosophy Education, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

 

Ilo Trajkovski

Dr. Ilo Trajkovski, is Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.

 

Bruno Losito

Dr. Bruno Losito has a university degree in Philosophy and a Ph.D. in Education. He works as a researcher at the National Institute for the Evaluation of Education System (INValSI).
